Taylor and Jordan Bicknell began the discussion about starting their own excavation company upon graduating, and soon after began working in the industry to learn the trade and become skilled. The dream became a reality in 2020 as older brother Taylor started the company. By 2021, younger brother Jordan joined in partnership. Each purchased the required equipment to become fully operational and the business has been growing ever since. In 2024, their dad, Kelly retired and joined his sons in their business venture. Taylor and Jordan bring an un-matched work ethic and an exemplary work product to the table, paired with Kelly who assists on the customer service, administrative, and operational side.
